Sharon Smith

Connecting people’s ideas and visions with her knowledge and skills – that is what Sharon loves to do. And she does it well. In fact, if you walk in and see her lips slightly pursed and hear a little tune being hummed it’s a pretty good indication she is in the ‘zone’ and totally focused on the style she is creating.

Commencing her career at Vidal Sassoon’s (Toronto), she learned very early that an attentive, engaged, informative consultation with her special guests was the key to being able to connect what her clients wanted with her skills and creativity. She is a short hair specialist and loves to really bring out every client’s personality through their hair. She understands that there is more than a perfect haircut.

Sharon’s attention to precision and detail, along with a healthy helping of creativity, have seen her recognized as an award-winning stylist. She has also been recognized for her commitment to the community. Her voluntary work with the David Busby Centre, where she has organized a team of stylists to cut hair for the unhoused, saw her named a “Street Hero”. In 2024 Sharon was also awarded a King Charles III Commemorative Medallion for her community service.
