Haircuts for Homeless 2024

2019 - 2024 Update

Since January 2019 and still going strong…. Haircuts For The Homeless at David Busby Centre. Sharon Smith and team of inspired local hairstylists unite once a month to lift the spirits and humanize our city’s homeless people. The team has grown to 10 stylists and we are looking to extend services to other facilities.

The 2025 Raw & Reflective calendar, proudly supported by Connect Hair Studio, is now available. It features stories and images from 13 people living with cancer within our community. The proceeds of calendar sales go directly to support Gilda’s Club Simcoe Muskoka, part of the Cancer Support network.
